Oscar ultrasonics supplies vapour degreasing systems that improve cleaning speed and efficiency where a high degree of cleaning is needed. The vapour degreasing systems save energy cost, labour, floor space, chemicals and solvents. The system is equipped with multi-chambered tank made of stainless steel 316 accommodated in an elegantly painted ms cabinet. An ultrasonic generator is furnished at the bottom of the cabinet and the cleaning plant is provided with a high-tech control system, which is easy to operate. Firstly the components are first dip cleaned in the precleaning chamber for removal of gross pollutants, followed by vigorous ultrasonic agitation. After that the components are held in vapour chamber for vapour rinsing and drying. As result the pure vapour condenses on the components, dissolving the grease and soil. When the components attain the vapour temperature, the condensation ends and components come out clean and dry. Water is circulated in the condensation coils to perform effective solvent recovery. The vapour degreasing system contains two, three or four-chamber tanks, relying on the level of contamination and the degree of cleaning required. Trichloroethylene and perchloroethylene are used as degreasing agents in these systems.
